Return Policy

Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Damage due to shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

We make every attempt to properly represent our products offered on this site. If you have questions about a product, please ask via email, or by phone (1-866-40-POSEY) prior to placing your order

We have posted sample pages of our keepsake books on the site, in order to avoid returns based on content. Please take the time to review the content options prior to placing your order. Some of our items contain an element of faith, others do not. Please order the appropriate item, to avoid the expense of shipment incurred in exchanges.

We do offer a return policy of 14 days from date of receipt. If you would like to return items purchased through our online store, you must first contact us via email. Provide your order date and order number and reason for the return. We will respond to your email with a Return Authorization, which must be printed, and accompany your return. The Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be printed on your box, or the package may be refused. The item must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and within the 14 day period allowed. The condition of the item will be assessed upon receipt, and if we suspect the item has been used, or is not returned in new condition in its original packaging, the item will be returned to you at your expense, or a partial credit will be issued for your merchandise, and the item will be clearanced on our online store. Personalized goods are not returnable. If you are dissatisfied with the monogram on your book, or any other element of the product delivered, we encourage you to email us within 48 hours of receipt. We will make every attempt to fix the problem, or exchange for a new, compirable item. Please note that if you return an item in strictly the Posey Park box used to protect the book, we will refuse your package. The box which contains the item to be returned, is a part of the product and must be properly contained in a shipping box for return.
